The sport training is one of the most important methods of rehabilitation and training of sportsmen at all stages from the beginning, and preparing them in terms of physical, technical and skills aspects to improve their abilities and to take them to the top levels. Sport training has become a stand-alone science connected and integrated with other sciences such as physiology, sports medicine, kinetic, muscular and nervous compatibility, as well as sociology. Sports trainer missions include many particulars, such as paying attention to the psychological aspects including the enhancement of the trainer’s sports activity value and the maximization of the aim to reach the top level of skill, so improvement in the sport activity and abilities is a key target for a trainee through which he achieves his goals that make him feel victorious and happy. This pushes a trainee to make more efforts to improve the overall level of a sportsman’s performance. Moral aspects cannot be excluded from sport training. A sport trainer must support the trainee’s moral aspects and good sportsmanship together with mastering the movement skills and improving the technical skill and fitness necessary to compete others and in line with such constant enhancement of the trainee’s health and mental state. Professional sport trainer’s missions also include paying attention to the development of significant plans and tactics to upgrade the trainees’ level of abilities and to understand how others think and act while ensuring such planning skills are used for developing the trainees’ abilities to reach the best available level through the best scientific techniques. Trainee’s desired goals will not be achieved by his training without being fully convinced in the importance of following his trainer’s instructions leading the trainee to reach the results he wishes for himself whether through enhancing the sport abilities or in realization of the dream to win various sport contests and championships. In the beginning, a trainer seeks to physically prepare the trainee then starts focusing on developing the specialized technical performance skills of the game on which the sportsman trains. Subsequently, the performance development level turns to the improvement of the skills necessary for getting into competition together with working on furthering the spirit of full loyalty to a sport team and enhancing the patient’s health state. This requires the work on sport injury prevention by raising the trainee’s awareness of the psychological and physiological safety rules to reach the fitness level.
